KUCHING: Homegrown developer Naim Holdings Bhd (Naim) will be offering its properties in Kuching and Miri for the upcoming Sarawak Builders' Expo (Sarbex 2011) Total Living at Borneo Convention Centre Kuching this year.

Sarbex is an annual threeday home and property exhibition organised by Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developers' Association (Sheda), with Naim as one of the event's main sponsors this year.

Among Naim's top Kuching properties to be showcased during the event would be Phase 14 of its Clematis double-storey terrace units in Desa Ilmu, Kota Samarahan.

"The 5,000-unit Clematis development is situated at a very strategic location, which is a mature township in Kota Samarahan within near proximity to the state's education hub comprising Universiti Malaysia Sarawak, Universiti Teknologi Mara and the Teachers' College," Naim said in a statement yesterday.

"Notably, the Clematis unit has a land size of 6.1 points. With a selling price of RM288,888 per unit, homebuyers will get to enjoy free sales and purchase (S&P) as well as memorandum of transfer (MOT) legal and stamping fees when they book with us during Sarbex 2011.

Also in conjunction with the current 'Merdeka Raya' promotion, on which September 30 will be its last day, we are also offering a 42- inch LCD TV for a confirmed sale," it added.

Another Kuching development being offered for Sarbex 2011 would be the Riveria which according to Naim, was a fast developing township with a strategic location, close to all major destinations such as airport as well as retail and commercial areas.

"Within Riveria Phase Seven development, we are offering the Alphinia doublestorey terrace homes with only limited units available, selling at RM336,888 per unit.

Another development is the Heliconia double-storey semi-detached limited units available at RM491,888 per unit.

For both, the free S&P and MOT legal fees would still be applicable, alongwith a 42-inch LCD TV Merdeka Raya promotion for each confirmed sale.

"Apart from homes, we are also putting up our Riveria Square Commercial Centre's Phase 3A and 5A shop units for sale, open for business with occupying permit (OP) by end of 2011.

Free S&P and MOT legal fees would be applicable for each purchase," said Naim. Meanwhile, Naim's Miri properties to be displayed during Sarbex 2011 would include its Oregano singlestorey semi-detached and Strawflower double-storey semi-detached units at Desa Pujut 2, selling at RM362,888 per unit and RM488,888 per unit, respectively.

"Our Miri properties at Desa Pujut 2 are strategically located within the fastestgrowing satellite township in Miri, conveniently accessible to the city itself, as well as to the Brunei border, Lutong Town and Curtin University.

Each development is complete with amenities such as community hall, schools, commercial centers and religious buildings.

It is just opposite to the upcoming PermyMall with Giant Hypermarket," it said.

"These properties in both Kuching and Miri come together with a 99-year lease hold as well as a 24-month warranty period.

As such, we are welcoming homebuyers and property investors to come and visit our booth number 27, 28, 29 and 30 during Sarbex 2011 to grab these attractive offers," it added. Established in 1998, last year's Sarbex event received an overwhelming 20,000 visitors last year.

With over 130 booths available for the upcoming exhibition, Sheda had set a target of 10 to 20 per cent growth in the number of visitors this year, against last year's figures throughout the three-day event, which would start this September 30.
